Alexander Forbes will release its Interim Results for the 6 months to 30        
September 2005 in the morning of Monday, 14 November 2005.                      
The results announcement, powerpoint presentation and press release will be     
available on the company"s website www.alexanderforbes.com.  A webcast will also
be available on the website from 09h00 on the 14 November.                      
Rael Gordon (Group Chief Executive) and Mike Ilsley (Group Finance Director)    
will deliver a presentation to the investment community on Summit TV which will 
be broadcast at 16h00.
