DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Fredswem
Investments (Pty) Limited ("Fredswem") purchased 45 000 Octodec linked units on
11 November 2005 at an average price of 889 cents per linked unit, with a total
value of R400 250. Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick
indirectly each hold one third of the share capital in Fredswem. Clearance to
deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
