INTEREST DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE APA SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the interest amount payable for APEXHI
PROPERTIES LIMITED and that as a result of the interest declaration
relating to APEXHI PROPERTIES LIMITED (APA) the Trustees of the APA Share
Instalment have declared an interest amount of 25.88 cents per share
instalment that is payable on Monday 28 November 2005.
The last day to trade cum interest is Friday, 18 November 2005. The share
instalment will commence trading ex interest from Monday, 21 November 2005
and the record date will be Friday, 25 November 2005.
