DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON HIGHVELD STEEL AND VANADIUM CORPORATION
LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("HVLIDA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Highveld Steel and
Vanadium Corporation Limited have declared an interim dividend of 430 cents per
ordinary share payable on Monday, 19 December 2005 to ordinary shareholders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Thursday, 15
December 2005.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, HVLIDA,
will receive a Highveld Steel and Vanadium Corporation Limited interim dividend
of 430 cents per security payable on Monday, 19 December 2005. The last day to
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Thursday 8 December 2005.
HVLIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Friday, 9 December 2005, and the record date
will be Thursday, 15 December 2005.
