DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SPP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SPAR GROUP LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SPAR GROUP LIMITED the
Trustees of the SPP Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 64.50
cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday 12 December 2005.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 2 December 2005. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 5 December 2005 and
the record date will be Friday, 9 December 2005.
