DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BAW SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BARLOWORLD
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
BARLOWORLD LIMITED the Trustees of the BAW Share Instalment have declared
a dividend amount of 325.00 cents per share instalment that is payable on
Monday 16 January 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 6 January 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 9 January 2006
and the record date will be Friday, 13 January 2006.
