Business Connexion shareholders are advised that the company has received
expressions of interest for the company. The Board has decided to enter into
discussions with these potential bidders and these discussions, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price at which the company"s shares
trade on the JSE Limited. Business Connexion shareholders are accordingly
advised to exercise caution in dealing in their Business Connexion shares until
a further announcement is made.
