DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON BARLOWORLD LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND

With reference to the dividend announcement dated 16 November 2005, the
Directors of Barloworld Limited have declared a final dividend of 325 cents per
ordinary share payable on Monday, 16 January 2006 to ordinary shareholders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 13
January 2006.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, BAWIDA,
will receive a Barloworld Limited final dividend of 325 cents per security on
Monday, 16 January 2006. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to
participate in the dividend will be Friday, 6 January 2006.
BAWIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 9 January 2006, and the record date will
be Friday, 13 January 2006.

will receive an Edgars Consolidated Stores Limited dividend of 62 cents per

ECOIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
