LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the company advises
that Mr J Hertz has resigned as a director with effect from 15 November 2005 to
take up an appointment as the managing director of Caveo Fund Solutions
(Proprietary) Limited ("Caveo").
Caveo has been formed as a dedicated fund of hedge funds joint venture between
Investment Solutions Holdings Limited and Peregrine.
Whilst the transaction, which is subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory
approvals, is not expected to have any immediate impact on earnings or net asset
value for Peregrine, it is anticipated that meaningful benefits will accrue to
shareholders over time.
