are advised that the annual financial statements will be distributed to
shareholders today, 16 November 2005 and contain no modifications to the audited
results which were released on SENS on 13 September 2005.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the sixth annual general meeting of the shareholders
of Discovery will be held in the Auditorium, Ground Floor, 155 West Street,
Sandton, on Thursday, 8 December 2005 at 09:00 to transact the business as
stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial
statements.
