FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 15 August 2005 and 4 October 2005,
shareholders are advised that, on the basis that the company"s offer to New
Africa Investments Limited ("NAIL") attributes a higher value to Kaya FM than
the offer by Primedia Limited and the fact that the latter offer has been
referred to the Competition Commission, the board of AME still expects a
positive response from NAIL.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing
in their shares until a further announcement in this regard is made.
