shareholders that at the annual general meeting held on Thursday, 17 November
2005 ("the AGM"), the requisite majority of Mustek"s shareholders approved the
special resolution and all ordinary resolutions, except for resolution 7 which
was a general authority to the company"s directors to issue unissued shares in
the company for cash.
The special resolution passed at the AGM will be lodged with the Registrar of
Companies for registration.
