Notice is hereby given that interest at the rate of 6% per annum in respect of
the six month period ending 31 December 2005 will be paid to holders of
convertible debentures in the following companies as follows:

MOBILE 6,75 CENTS PER CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE
The salient dates pertaining to the interest payments are as follows:

Trading commences ex the interest payment Friday 9 December 2005
Record date Thursday 15 December 2005
Payment date Friday 30 December 2005
Interest cheques, dated 30 December 2005, in respect of certificated debenture
holders, will be posted on or about Friday, 23 December 2005. The convertible
debenture certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Friday, 9 December 2005 and Thursday, 15 December 2005, both days inclusive.
