REPORT BACK ON THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
The directors advise that the resolutions, tabled at the AGM held on 17 November
2005, were approved other than the ordinary resolution relating to the
directors" general authority to issue shares for cash, which on a poll, achieved
a 54% majority vote but did not receive a 75% majority as required in terms of
the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited and was accordingly not approved.
