ACQUISITION BY APEXHI OF THE ENTIRE BUSINESS OF PRIMA
Further to previous announcements, Java Capital is authorised to announce that
an order has been granted for the windingup of Prima in terms of section 102(2)
of the Act. Prima will immediately commence transfer of the properties to
ApexHi. Upon transfer of the last of the properties, which is anticipated before
31 January 2006, the consideration units will be distributed to Prima
unitholders.
An announcement relating to the distribution by Prima of net income for the
period 1 May to 30 September 2005 will be published on SENS and in the press in
due course.
