NOTICE OF PAYMENT OF DEBENTURE INTEREST AND DIVIDEND
In order to comply with clause 4.2.1.2 of MICC"s Debenture Trust Deed, which
requires that debenture interest be paid by 31 December 2005, the company hereby
gives notice of a final distribution amounting to 45 cents per linked unit, for
the six month period to 30 September 2005. The distribution comprises interest
on debentures of 44.99 cents per debenture and a dividend of 0.01 cents per
share.
The reviewed abridged interim financial statements of the company for the
twelve-month period ended 30 September 2005 will be released on or about 25
November 2005.
The Group"s calculated consolidated net profit before tax for the twelve-month
period ended 30 September 2005 amounts to R109.9 million.
