The Board has decided, based on very low trading volumes and ongoing costs, that
the listing of the Corporation"s shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange be
terminated. Shareholders are hereby notified that the Corporation"s ordinary
shares were officially delisted by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as of close of
business on 11 November 2005.
