DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Fredswem
Investments (Pty) Limited ("Fredswem") purchased 36 500 Octodec linked units on
17 November 2005 at a price of 870 cents per linked unit, with a total value of
R317 550.00. Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly
each hold one third of the share capital in Fredswem. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
