DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON SABMILLER PLC ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("SABIDA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of SABMiller plc have
declared an interim dividend of 87.2105 cents per ordinary share based on an
exchange rate of US$1 = R6.7085, payable on Monday, 19 December 2005 to ordinary
shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on
Friday, 2 December 2005.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, SABIDA,
will receive an SABMiller plc interim dividend of 87.2105 cents per security
payable on Monday, 19 December 2005. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend)
in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 25 November 2005.
SABIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 28 November 2005, and the record date
will be Friday, 2 December 2005.
