TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that
the financial results for the period to be reported on next will be more than
20% different from that of the previous corresponding period.
Given that trading conditions have remained buoyant during the financial year,
it is expected that Stella Vista"s earnings and headline earnings will be
between R2,6m and R2,8m for the year ending 31 August 2005, compared to a loss
ofR10.8m and a headline loss of R11,0m for the corresponding period ending 31
August 2004.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company"s
auditors. The company"s annual results for the year ended 31 August 2005 are
expected to be published around 30 November 2005.
