Further to Excellerate"s audited results for the year ended 30 June 2005,
published on 28 September 2005, the annual report was posted on 31 October 2005.
The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published
audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Excellerate will be held at 14h00
on Thursday, 24 November 2005 at 1st floor, Atholl Square, Corner Katherine
Street and Wierda Road East, Sandown, Sandton to transact the business as stated
in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
