FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 12 October 2005 wherein it
was stated inter alia, that Isolution was involved in two separate negotiations.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in their
shares until further announcement is made as the outcome of the negotiations may
have a material effect on the share price of Isolution.
