Spanjaard has resigned with immediate effect. The board of Spanjaard Limited
would like to thank Mr Spanjaard for his contribution to the company.
Mr BL Montgomery, has been appointed as a non-executive director and Mr ARJ
Spanjaard has been appointed as an executive director of Spanjaard Limited, both
with immediate effect.
