APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of DataPro is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms
Sandy Wentzel to the board with immediate effect.
Sandy has been the Financial Manager at DataPro for the past 4 years and has now
been appointed as Financial Director. She has extensive experience in the IT
industry, having owned and managed her own networking business for more than 10
years and prior to that, having spent several years in the software support
industry, focusing on financial software packages. Sandy has, to date, been
responsible for all financial management and planning functions of DataPro
(Proprietary) Limited, the principle operating subsidiary of DataPro. Sandy has
a certificate in Finance and Accounting from WITS Business School
