DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TBS SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for TIGER BRANDS LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to TIGER BRANDS
LIMITED (TBS) the Trustees of the TBS Share Instalment have declared a dividend
amount of 365.00 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday 16 January
2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 6 January 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 9 January 2006 and the
record date will be Friday, 13 January 2006.
