NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF 11 CENT DIVIDEND CUMULATIVE PREFERENCE SHARES
PREFERENCE DIVIDEND NO. 55
Notice is hereby given that Preference Dividend No. 55 of 5,5 cents per share in
respect of the 11 cent dividend cumulative preference shares has been declared
in respect of the period 1 July 2005 to 31 December 2005, payable to all
preference shareholders recorded in the books of Liberty Holdings Limited at the
close of business on Friday, 30 December 2005. The dividend, payable in South
African currency, will be paid on Tuesday, 3 January 2006.
