CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Following the recent resignation of Mrs. Gugu Moloi from our board of directors,
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Phumla Mnganga as a non-
executive member of the board with effect from 1st January 2006.
Mrs. Mnganga has a MBL from UNISA, plus Bachelor of Arts and Education
Psychology degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
At present she is an executive director of Lehumo Investment Holdings as well as
the Gold Circle Racing and Gaming Group. Her past experience, mainly in the
field of human resources, was earned with the Tongaat-Hulett Group and Deloitte
& Touche Consulting.
We welcome Mrs. Mnganga to the SPAR Family and wish her a fulfilled future as a
member of our board.
