REPORT
Further to the publication on 2 November 2005 of Grayprop"s audited results for
the year ended 30 September 2005, Grayprop advises that its 2005 annual report,
which incorporates the annual financial statements for the said period is today
being dispatched to its unitholders.
As there have not been any changes to the previously published results, Grayprop
is not required to publish an abridged report as contemplated in paragraph 3.21
of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited.
The published results and the annual financial statements were audited by
Grayprop"s independent auditors, KPMG Incorporated, whose audit report is
available for inspection at Grayprop"s registered office.
