Shareholders are advised that Dr E Nkosi has been appointed as a Director
of the company with effect from 25 November 2005.
Elijah Nkosi is the Chairman of Dihla Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a
group of diverse Black Economic Empowerment shareholders. He is a medical
practioner by profession.
