DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND NUMBER 121 ON THE 6% CUMULATIVE PREFERENCE SHARES
Notice is hereby given that dividend number 121 on the 6% cumulative preference
shares ("preference shares") for the six months ending 31 December 2005 at the
rate of 6% per annum (6 cents per preference share) will be paid on 27 December
2005 to all preference shareholders recorded in the register of the company at
the close of business on Friday, 23 December 2005.
The salient dates of the preference dividend are as follows:
