TERMINATION OF LISTING
EC-HOLD LIMITED ("EC-HOLD")
(ALPHA CODE: ECH - ISIN ZAE000016705)
The JSE Limited ("JSE") wishes to advise that the High Court of South Africa,
Witwatersrand granted a final winding up order against EC-Hold in terms of
Section 344 of the South African Companies Act, 1973 (Act 61 of 1973) as amended
and that the Registrar of Companies has deregistered the company.
Accordingly, the JSE will terminate the listing of EC-Hold with effect from the
commencement of business on Wednesday, 30 November 2005.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
