CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
LPC Manhattan Moela (Pty) Ltd are authorised to announce that the company is
engaged in separate negotiations concerning the acquisition of certain diamond
interests in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, other interests in South
Africa and a Black Economic Empowerment transaction. These negotiations, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the company"s share price.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company"s shares until further notice.
