SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM AND FURTHER INTERIM DISTRIBUTION
The claims by the Brian Puttergill Family Trust which were the subject of
arbitration proceedings have been settled. The settlement will not have any
material impact on the anticipated further distributions to shareholders, as
previously published.
The final amount accruing to the company as a result of the disposal by Forza
Group Limited of its business remains to be determined. The board anticipates
the payment of a further interim distribution to shareholders in the first half
of 2006. A further announcement will be made when the exact amount and timing of
such payment has been determined.
