TRADING STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2005
Further to the SENS announcement dated 17 February 2005, shareholders are
advised that Yomhlaba anticipates to report a loss for the financial year ended
30 June 2005, equivalent to a decrease of between 620% and 640% in earnings per
share ("EPS") and a decrease of between 360% and 380% in headline earnings per
share ("HEPS") when compared with the EPS and HEPS forecast in the revised
listing particulars contained in the circular to shareholders dated 25 October
2004. The main reasons for the expected decline in EPS and HEPS relate to the
summary and disputed termination of Yomhlaba"s only income-producing contracts,
which were communicated to shareholders in the SENS announcements dated 3 March,
4 March and 31 March 2005.
The information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on
by Yomhlaba"s auditors.
