Holders of the WAVEs and WARRANTS below are referred to the notice to
shareholders of Steinhoff International Holdings LTD, regarding the payment of a
special dividend
Please note that in respect of the earlier announcement, the type of warrant for
SHFDBA (ISN ZAE000073284) was incorrect as it should be an American Call (AC).
The above adjustments will be made from the start of trading on 5 December 2005.
The effects of the adjustments will place the holders in the same position, had
the corporate action not taken place.
