as a category 1 disposal; and
2. the disposals by the company of:
2.1 m Cubed Life Limited and associated divisions;
2.2 Automated Outsourcing Services Limited,
2.3 m Cubed Unit Trust Management Company Limited;
2.4 m3 Capital Management (Guernsey) Limited;
2.5 Policy Exchange (Proprietary) Limited; and
2.6 74,99% of Escher UK Asset Management Limited,
in terms of section 228 of the Companies Act, 1973 (Act 61 of 1973), as amended,
were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
