Limited, shareholders of Set Point are advised that the audited annual financial
statements of the company for the financial year ended 31 August 2005 were
posted to shareholders on 30 November 2005. The company has not published an
abridged report at this date as the audited financial information published on
27 October 2005 is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Set Point shareholders
will be held in the company"s board room, at 30 Electron Avenue, Isando on 25
January 2006 at 10h30 to transact business as stated in the notices of annual
general meeting circulated together with the annual financial statements.
