Further cautionary announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 14 October 2005
and in which it was advised that Elexir has entered into negotiations, which if
successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the company"s
securities. Shareholders are advised that the discussions are still in progress
and accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
the company"s securities until a full announcement is made.
Annual Financial Statements
Shareholders are advised that the Company is in the process of finalising its
annual financial statements, which is expected to be mailed to shareholders by
end February 2006.
