CONTINUED VOLUNTARY HALT OF TRADE ON THE JSE
We refer to the announcements dated 5 December 2005 and 7 December 2005
respectively, wherein it was stated that the Australian Stock Exchange had
halted trade in Tawana shares as a result of a fund raising initiative which
includes a book build with Intersuisse Corporate (Proprietary) Limited.
The directors of Tawana advise that trade in Tawana shares will remain halted,
pending finalization of the placement of new shares.
