Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance relating to
the quarterly distribution by the Satrix 40 Trust to holders of Satrix 40
Securities.
The following salient dates are of importance:
Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Thursday, 22 December 2005
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Friday, 23 December 2005
Record date: Friday, 30 December 2005
No dematerialisation or re-materialisation of security certificates may take
place between Friday, 23 December 2005 and Friday, 30 December 2005, both days
inclusive.
Declaration of distributions will be made within 14 days after the record date.
