Disclosure of Interest in Shares
The Company received notice on 7 December 2005 that AEGON UK plc group ceased
being a substantial shareholder in the Company having disposed of 83,145 common
shares in the Company ("Shares"). The AEGON UK plc group of companies now holds
2,429,777 Shares in the Company, representing 2.93% of the issued share capital
of the Company, which is no longer a notifiable interest.
