DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Fredswem
Investments (Pty) Limited ("Fredswem") purchased 100 000 Octodec linked units on
07 December 2005 at a price of 865 cents per linked unit, with a total value of
R865 000.00. Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly
each hold one third of the share capital in Fredswem. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
