WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders of Primeserv are referred to the cautionary announcement dated
25 November 2005 ("the cautionary announcement") and are advised that the board
of directors of Primeserv is satisfied that the circumstances which led to the
issuance of the cautionary announcement no longer apply.
Accordingly, shareholders no longer need to exercise caution when trading in
their Primeserv shares.
