The shares have been awarded in terms of a growth distribution as envisaged in
the City Lodge 10th Anniversary Employees Share Trust.
In accordance with Section 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements prior clearance
has been obtained from Mr H.R. Enderle, Chairman of the Board of City Lodge.
