CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that negotiations have commenced regarding Jaganda
(Pty) Ltd, which currently holds approximately 44% of Simmers. If successful,
these negotiations may lead to the unwinding of the current control structure of
Simmers and, as such, may have a material effect on the price at which the
company"s securities trade on JSE Limited. Shareholders are accordingly advised
to exercise caution when dealing in the company"s shares until a further
announcement is made.
