CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
company is pleased to announce the appointments of Messrs Norman Noland, as an
executive director, and Salim Young, as a non-executive director, to the board
of Sekunjalo.
Both appointments are effective from 13 December 2005.
