In terms of paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the
Company is authorised to announce that Ms Christine Ramon has resigned her
position as Chief Executive Officer of Johnnic. The notice period and effective
date of Ms Ramon"s resignation will be 6 months from 14th December 2005. The
board of Johnnic would like to thank Ms Ramon for the considerable contribution
she has made to the board and wish her the very best for the future.
