APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

following should be noted:
Mr. Barney Esterhuyzen has been appointed to the board of directors with effect
from 13 December 2005 as a non-executive director. Barney is currently the
Executive Chairman of the Luna Group (Pty) Ltd, a private equity and financial
services company. He has a legal background as advocate and is an entrepreneur
who has established various companies active in the areas of leisure, media,
finance and investments.
