NewGold has issued 2 400 000 additional debentures following in specie
subscriptions in respect of 24 000 fine troy ounces of gold bullion. The
debentures listed as follows: 800 000 debentures with effect from commencement
of business on Friday, 9 December 2005 at an issue price per debenture of
approximately R32.00; 800 000 debentures at an issue price per debenture of
approximately R32.30 and 800 000 debentures at an issue price per debenture of
approximately R32.60 with effect from commencement of business on Wednesday, 14
December 2005.
