CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT - ENTERPRISE CONNECTION (PTY) LTD
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 17 October and 29 November 2005,
shareholders are advised that Faritec has reached consensus on the basis on
which it will acquire the business of Enterprise Connection (Pty) Ltd as a going
concern. The acquisition is subject to the conclusion of a formal binding
agreement and all necessary regulatory approvals.
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
company"s securities until a more detailed announcement is made.
